Fees & Billing
Initial Consultation/Intake (60 minutes): $200
What to Expect: This is the first visit with the provider during which information regarding the nature and history of your symptoms will be gathered. The provider will determine the appropriate diagnosis, develop a treatment plan, and receive prescriptions in required.
Medication Management/Follow Up (25 minutes): $100
What to Expect: Involves assessing the effectiveness of your current treatment plan and making appropriate adjustments, as needed, to maintain optimal mental health.

We can provide an itemized receipt or “superbill” which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for any questions before your visit.
***Late Cancellation/No Show Fee***
Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 charge. Cancellations/reschedules require a 48-hour advance notice to avoid this charge. Credit Card is the accepted form of payment.
Form of Payment:
We require a card to be kept on file for all clients. Payment for new initial visits will be collected at the time of scheduling.
